    Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) Africa Supports Nigerian Farmers Community in Oyo

    Farmers in Oyo State receive donations of  palm oil and cassava-processing mills from the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), Africa.

    Ife Oluwa Farmers’ Cooperatives Society of Adetoyebi-Ajibode community, Akinyele Local Council Area, Oyo State have received donations of palm oil and cassava-processing mills from the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), Africa.

    The donation which was made through a grant by the Japanese government towards attainment of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of no poverty, zero hunger, and partnerships.  

    Mr. Tatsuya Imamura, the representative of the Japanese Ambassador to Nigeria, said  the agricultural productivity agenda of President Muhammed Buhari would be boosted through the project and the people of the state will enjoy great opportunity from it.

    Dr. Felix Oisamoje, Regional Director of CBN Africa said the equipment is meant for the processing of commodities as relating to the SGD Agenda and will benefit 150 farmers directly.
